Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product:

Arrived damaged
Has a manufacturing defect
Is different from the product ordered
Is incorrect or missing from your order

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused
Original packaging, labels and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase must be available
The item must not be damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be required

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used, installed or opened products
Tempered glass, screen protectors or skins after installation
Opened earphones and hygiene-sensitive products
Products damaged by impact, liquid, misuse or incorrect charging
Clearance or final-sale products
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

This does not limit rights provided under applicable consumer law.

Requesting a Return

Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Replacements

Where stock is available, we may provide a replacement for an eligible damaged, defective or incorrect product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before packing or dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
